Participating in various events such as the Veteran's Day Parade and Rodeo Parade is the Phoenix Union Reserve  Officers Training Corps unit. There are Many lessons to be learned by the young cadets including first aid, map reading, problems of attack and retreat and use of military equipment. The highlight of the year is the annual Military Night when competition is keen between Phoenix ROTC; units in areas of platoon drill, squad drill, tent pitching, exhibition drill and the military sweepstakes. A touch of glamour is added to the program at the city-wide Military Ball.

Alfs, Pvt Martin, Pvt. Corrier, M/Sgt. Lorenzano. Fourth Squad (l-r) Pvt. Fernandez, Pvt. Jewel, Pvt. Cushing, Pvt. Temby, Cpl. Revak, Pvt. Pennland, SFC Lape, 1st Sgt. Young.
